Jai Club - Responsible Gaming
Jai Club responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
Responsible gaming starts with one rule: only deposit money you can afford to lose entirely, treating it as entertainment spending, the same way you would budget for a movie or a meal out. Before you open Jai Club, set a hard rupee figure for the session and commit to stopping when that amount is gone, regardless of whether you are ahead or behind.
Never chase losses. If a session goes against you, the temptation to place one more bet to "get even" is the single most dangerous impulse in gaming. Likewise, avoid playing when stressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol, emotional states distort risk perception and lead to bets you would never make with a clear head.
Schedule regular breaks of at least five minutes every hour, and decide in advance the maximum number of hours you will play in any one day. Treating gaming as one leisure activity among many, not the focus of your free time, keeps it enjoyable long-term.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It develops slowly, which makes early self-awareness critical. Common behavioural signs include spending more than you planned every session, hiding your gaming activity from family or friends, borrowing money or liquidating savings to fund play, and neglecting work or household responsibilities because of time spent on the platform.
Emotional warning signs are equally important: using gambling to escape stress or low mood, feeling intense anxiety when you cannot access Jai Club, experiencing guilt immediately after a session yet returning within hours, and thinking about gambling almost constantly between sessions.
Identifying two or more of these signs in your own behaviour is a clear signal to activate the limit and self-exclusion tools described below and, where appropriate, to seek professional support without delay.
Deposit, loss and time limits
Jai Club provides three types of voluntary limits that take effect as soon as you save them in your account settings. Deposit limits cap how much you can add to your wallet over a rolling 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Loss limits automatically pause your session once your net losses reach a figure you define. Time limits trigger a notification, and optionally a forced logout, after you have been active for a set number of minutes.
Increases to any limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect, giving you time to reconsider. Reductions, by contrast, apply immediately. You can review and adjust all three limit types at any time from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard on jaiclubapp.io.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
If you need a stronger pause, Jai Club offers two opt-out tools. A cool-off period lets you block access to your account for a short defined window, 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 30 days, without permanently closing your account. It is ideal when you recognise a run of impulsive sessions and want a hard stop to reset your habits.
Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure that closes your account for a minimum of six months or permanently. During any exclusion your account cannot be reopened early, outstanding balances are returned, and you will be removed from all Jai Club marketing communications. To activate either option, go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact our support team directly at [email protected].
